- Order forms / prize forms will be provided.
- Orders will be taken for no more than 2 weeks.
- Orders will be filled in 10 days.
- At least 10 participants must submit order forms.
- Pre-buy option available with a 100 cup minimum.
- Checks will be made out to your organization.
- Bring a check as payment when the order is picked up.
- ST3 form needed for sales tax exemption.
- Orders will be divided for each partipant for easy distribution
