How long is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 4-6 months except for flavors like gummies and those without nuts which can last up to a year.
Do you manufacture your own chocolates and candy?
We currently partner with quality focused companies across the United States for our products.
Do you sell organic products?
Not currently.
Do you have a customer loyalty program?
We have a Daily Drooler punch card available for all in-store purchases. For every 12 cups purchased, you are rewarded a free cup of candy up to $17.00.
Do you sell your products wholesale?
Not currently.
Do you sell at other stores?
We are a private brand and see exclusively in our stores and on our website.
Do I get punches on my Daily Drooler card for purchases made on-line?
Daily Drooler punches are only available for purchases made in one of our stores.
Where can I find allergy and ingredient information for your products?
Allergen and Ingredient details can be found on the Nutrition tab of each product within our website. Click in the nutrition tab to find all information regarding ingredients and nutrition.
Are your products Celiac safe?
No. We cannot guarantee that our products have not come in contact with wheat products even if they are marked as GF (gluten free).
Do you sell your products in bulk?
Not currently.
Can I customize flavors in the gift boxes?
Yes. You can build a custom gift box option by giving us a call at 952-300-2468. This is currently something that cannot be done online.
Can I add individual gift messages for each gift in my order?
Fill out the text box on the order form with a custom message and it will be transcribed onto one of our branded message cards
Are you a privately owned company?
Droolin’ Moose was founded by two sisters from Bloomington, MN who still run the company.
How many years have you been in business?
Droolin’ Moose has been in business for over 15 years.
Can I purchase online and pick up in a store?
Yes. When placing the order, click the store you would like to pick up from. Purchases of this nature will be eligible for loyalty card punches.
Do your gift cards work in stores and online?
E-gift cards must be purchased for online purchases and physical gift cards must be purchased for use in our stores.
Do you franchise your brand?
Not currently.
What type of gelatin is in your gummies?
The gelatin in our gummies is derived from pigs.
Are you a peanut allergy-safe store?
Our products are made in facilities that use peanuts. We cannot guarantee a peanut free environment.
Do you have any gluten free products?
Yes. We have many flavors that do not contain gluten. Look for the GF in the description of the flavor online or on the red labels on each cup.
SHIPPING
When I will I receive my order after placing it online?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You can track your order by using the UPS tracking number. We aim to ship orders the following business day after the order has been placed. During warm weather shipping where we are limited to shipping Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
If my order is over $85, but it’s split between 2 different recipients, is the shipping still free?
Free shipping is available for orders over $85 to a single address. If multiple shipping addresses are used, each order must be over $85 to qualify for the free shipping.
Do you keep credit cards on file for future payments?
We do not store any financial information.
BUSINESS GIFTING
Am I able to submit one spreadsheet for all recipients?
Once the spreadsheet has been completed, email it to barry@droolinmoose.com.

How do I pay for an order?
An invoice will be mailed to you after the order has been placed. You are then able to pay online.
How long does it take to fulfill an order?
We work to fulfill your deadlines even if they have quick turn times.

Enter the message in the marked box on the spreadsheet. If messages are individualized, please specify.
